Returns & Exchanges
Customer satisfaction is important to us at Big In Black. Refunds and exchanges are accepted within 14 days from date of purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange after this time or on sale items
To be eligible for a return your garment must be in new, unused, resalable condition, free of stains or scents, and with the original tags still attached in the same place as originally sent.
Please contact us immediately should you wish to return or exchange an item by emailing us via (email@example.com) and posting your garment back to 32 Como Parade West, Mentone VIC 3194.
If you are returning an item because something is incorrect, damaged or missing, please include a note that clearly explains your request.

Upon receipt of your return, and on approved your request, we will process your credit via the credit card or original method of payment you used. We will email you confirmation that this has been done.
Unfortunately, only full priced items are covered by our refund/exchange or return policy.
We will happily replace or exchange an item if they are defective or damaged, If replacement/suitable is available. If you need to exchange an item, please email us at email@example.com or call 0402 813 502 during business hours.
Returns or Exchanges Shipping
To return your product you should mail your product to 32 Como Parade West, Mentone VIC 3194.
You are responsible for the cost of returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The time it may take for you to receive your exchange product may vary depending on your location. We will process all approved returns or exchanges within 2 business days of receiving them.
As we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.
