Just opposite Mentone train Station.
Where can we park?
There are multiple parking options around this main strip in Mentone. Feel free to find a parking spot around the corner along Mentone Parade, or anywhere directly behind our shop is public parking outside the Woolworths & Chemist Warehouse.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Depending on stock availability we do our best to ship within 2 working days and you will receive an email once your order has been dispatched. Your package will take approximately 1-2 days with Express Post (within Australia) and 3-10 days Internationally. There may be some variations in service delivery times, especially during peak holiday times. If for any reason we are unable to dispatch your order we will notify you within 2 business days.
What is your shipping rate?
We use Australia Post to ship our products.
We have a flat rate for shipping costs ($4.99 - $20.00) under these parameters:
$4.99 shipping rate for items costing up to $20.00
$14.99 shipping rate for items costing between $20.00 - $50.00
$19.99 shipping rate for items costing $50.00 and above
(These rates are applied due to the general weight and packaging needed for the products listed at these prices)
Standard: Estimated delivery time is 4-6 Business Days.
Express: Estimated delivery time is 1-2 Business Days, depending on your location.
How Can I check my delivery status?
We use Australia Post pre-paid satchels to ship most orders within Australia. We will provide you with a tracking code once your order is dispatched, you can check the status of your delivery by entering the tracking code here https://auspost.com.au/track/
Do you ship Internationally?
Unfortunately, no. But we will expand our shipping options soon, so please feel free to contact us should you be interested in being updated on the status of International orders.
Am I able to pick up my online order from your store?
No unfortunately we do not offer store pick up, however other pick-up or potential drop off arrangements can be made with customers ordering locally (shoot us an email or phone call).
Are the colours shown throughout your website exact representations of what we will see in person?
As we would hope you understand, images & colours shown throughout our website are the best representation we have in order to display our various items. Certain dresses may vary slightly (in terms of colour) to what you may see physically. If you have any questions or concerns, please don't hesitate to contact us or come by our store to see them in person.
